New Chapter

I've been a Pentax photographer for twenty five years now, but today I bought a Nikon D60 and so far I'm really liking it. I'll still have my Pentax cameras, but will slowly begin moving to the Nikon side as money allows.

A New Face!

After much thought, and searching for the kind of graphics that more reflected my personality, the web page has been updated. Check it out, drop me a line to let me know what you think.

The problem with Winter...

It's just so hard to get out and find something interesting in nature to get a picture of. I've got a few things to show you.

And so it begins

The first snow hit us here and I felt the need to do the Black and White thing with the snow on the plants. It's gonna melt in a few days, so I'll get some more after the next snow fall.

Last of the Fall shots

The weather here in Indiana is starting to get close to freezing at night so I suspect that this will be the last of my fall shots. I was exploring Cope Environmental Center on the outskirts of Richmond Indiana to get this shot.

Sunset

The clouds were reflecting the sunset real nice this night. I wasn't in a good spot to get a real nice shot, but still pretty.

Website closer to my mind's vision

I've done some hacking over the last few weeks, and gotten my website, almost to where I want it to be. I tripped across a great Gallery program for making a slide show, of sorts, so it can make posting more galleries easier for me to do. For now the most recent shoots are posted, and I'm sorting, and adding more as I decide what is worthy, and what must die.

It may be longer between posts as we've hit the rainy season here in Indy and I'm opposed to going out in the rain to not get good shots anyway. As I'm going through my archives and sorting, I'll ad some gems here as I trip across them.
